Moshe A. Yachnes, has been working with individuals and families struggling with addiction for 15+ years. Moshe is fond of saying, “I’ve been blessed with great mentors all my life”. He graduated from Fordham University in NY, and currently holds a national license in Clinical Social Work. Moshe has extensively trained in addictions therapy as well as fulfilled the requirements for a credentialed alcohol and substance abuse counselor (CASAC). In 2007, he was awarded with a specialization in education and training in substance abuse. Moshe has worked across the spectrum of addiction treatment from driving the “druggie buggy” for a small 12 bed rehab, to Corporate Director of Clinical Programming, ensuring clinical fidelity and quality assurance protocols across a national network of 10 residential treatment facilities. Moshe has been trained by the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP), and is a certified sex addiction therapist (CSAT). He has been acknowledged by the BECK Institute for his training in CBT interventions as well. Additionally, Moshe has worked with many Jewish organizations around the country with a mission to promote awareness about substance abuse and related issues that have affected the community.
Opening a comprehensive Sober Living Hybrid Program has been a dream of his for many years. He recently stated “We’ve blended together, what we have seen work in addiction treatment and created a unique program around this success!”.

Dr. Lichtshein (“Dr. Gil”), is a Fellow of The American Psychiatric Association and American Academy of Psychiatry. As well as, a Diplomate American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Dr. Gil received his medical education at the University of Illinois, at Chicago College of Medicine. He completed his internship at the Medical College of Virginia and his Psychiatry fellowship, at the University of Maryland. Dr. Gil worked at Bronx Lebanon Hospital, in Bronx, New York as well as, Four Winds Hospital in private practice in Katonah, New York. While practicing in New York, Dr. Gil held an academic appointment of Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York. He relocated to Boca Raton, Florida and joined The Boca Raton Psychiatric Group from 2003 through 2008.
Currently, Dr. Gil holds academic appointments at the University of Florida, College of Medicine and Florida Atlantic University, Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine. He volunteers his time by teaching first year medical students the skills to obtain thorough clinical history and perform physical exams. Dr. Gil has extensive experience in inpatient, outpatient and partial hospitalization treatment for mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders and psycho-pharmacology. Additionally, he maintains his private practice, working and caring for adults, adolescents, children and their families. Dr. Gil also performs forensic evaluations in various areas of the law.
Dr. Gil also offers and provides Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, a safe, non invasive and non-drug alternative treatment for depression and other psychiatric disorders. Dr. Gil is the first provider of NEBA in South Florida, a 15 minute test that integrates an EEG bio-marker for ADHD into the clinical setting.
